Mediterranean Dressing

One of our week’s special was a Mediterranean dressing made with reduced pomegranate molasses, olive oil and sumac. Originally used as a dressing for fatoush salad, it’s a versatile drizzle on all kinds of vegetables – from a simple tomato, onion, cucumber salad to a fancier goat’s cheese, olives and nuts salads, or on steamed vegetables and even as a marinade for chicken.

How to use:

  • Use it as marinade  for meat or fish
  • Makes an excellent sauce for grilled chicken
  • Drizzle over your fried eggs
  • Dipping sauce for your fish fingers or chicken nuggets
